Domestic healthcare services cover the healthcare services delivered at home on the basis of previous diagnosis by specialist physicians and the treatment is planned according to such diagnosis. Home Care Information System aims for the entire process management in scope of the home care services.
Operations that can be performed:
- Services of examination, test, analysis, medical care and rehabilitation are given,
- Drugs with healthcare report are prescribed,
- Medical equipment allocated for patient use is monitored,
- Reports concerning medical device and material use are issued,
- Staff members are assigned for the home care of patients, Required consultations are managed by receiving the opinions of relevant specialists,
- Patient Applications and the relevant results of evaluations are managed via the system,
- Patient follow-up file is recorded for home care patient,
- All home care services (daily, weekly or monthly) are delivered based on appointment system Patient follow-up is planned and converted into appointment, which is then approved,
- Appointments for planned home care visits are managed and assigned staff members are monitored in scope of visits,
- Patient visits are made periodically as planned and observations are recorded in the system during the visits,
- Chronic diseases of patient are monitored,
- System operated integrated with Identification Sharing System (ISS) Deceased patients are removed from the follow-up list of home care.
