In this system, Document Management System (DMS) related data is collected and modeled so that users can track and monitor document records, flows, operations, signatures, archive and file information and generate various document activity reports.
The system is designed to provide a hierarchical model enabling Unit administrators to generate statistical report about the document operations of their own units and subunits. Users are authorized to access and use the system only according to pre-defined authorization roles assigned to them.
