The Emergency Call and Patient Monitoring System allows patients and nurses to initiate calls, to transmit calls rapidly to pagers, phones or boards, to terminate
calls and to measure turnaround time all these processes.

It allows early intervention in emergency cases:
- Blue Code: The emergency management tool which can be set or placed either by patients, accompanying persons or nurses to alert medical intervention at the shortest possible time to located patients.
- The blue code call is sent to specially equipped blue code intervention team of physicians and nurses.
- Pink Code: When a child is kidnapped or attempted to be kidnapped at the hospital
- White Code: In case of a possible fight, harassment or any other threat, security officers at the closest distance arrive at the location, intervenes and record the event.
- It also supports originating and terminating nurse calls, security calks and housekeeping calls.
The system is fully integrated with the Hospital Information System (HIS) and provides a detailed call performance statistical reports.
