Project Management Office has been formed by taking strong matrix organization chart as model and within the scope of our current structure, Project Management Office Manager is determined by the Senior Management.
The Project Management Office consists of Portfolio and Project Managers affiliated to the Office Manager. In order to meet the strategic goals of the organization, projects / programs are grouped to ensure effective and centralized management.
In this context portfolios created in our organization are; Health, Education, Defense, Service, Quality Management, Technical Services and Sales. With the Project Management Office Model, which is taken as a reference in the process of creating our organization chart, it is aimed to increase the span of control mechanism within our company and to maximize the integration with a synchronized structure by integrating the coordinators on the basis of units.
