Adana City Hospital has become the first hospital in Turkey to receive HIMSS STAGE 6 accreditation with the updated 2018 HIMSS EMRAM criteria.

HIMSS EMRAM STAGE 6 accreditation ceremony took place on 15 January 2019 with the participation of HIMSS committee and hospital administrators in Adana City Hospital, which is the first hospital to receive STAGE 6 accreditation in Turkey with the updated 2018 HIMSS EMRAM criteria. As AKGUN SOFTWARE, we have achieved this very important success with Turkish Republic Ministry of Health, Hospital Management, Rönesans, and Subcontractors.

In this context, all new criteria of the updated 2018 HIMSS EMRAM model have been successfully adapted on the Hospital Information Management System, which has the most significant role in obtaining HIMSS EMRAM Stage 6 accreditation.
