We attended the 11th International Healthcare Management Congress organized by the Association of Health Academics and Integrated Solution For Healthcare Quality LLC between 17 – 18 December 2020.
The event, whose main theme was “Outbreak, Disaster, Emergency and Crisis Management in Health Institutions”, was held on an online digital platform. During the congress, many events were held to discuss methods and innovations to protect and improve public health, improve quality and ensure patient safety. How to manage major pandemics and disasters at the society level, how to protect public health, how to achieve high quality of low-cost care, health financing laws and regulations, health tourism were among the topics discussed.

In the workshop organized under the “Pandemic Covidien-19 Process of Leadership in Turkey and the World Health Organization in” AKGUN Marketing and Product Management Director Mr. Yavuz GENÇER took place as a speaker.
