Intensive Care Units (ICUs) are units where patients with critical condition receive treatment. ICUs have complex processes with high cost and they require expertise. Due to the complexity of information, communication problems and technical inadequacies that could occur in Intensive Care Units where critical and vital processes are carried out, serious material and moral losses were experienced.
