Realized within the framework of the Health Transformation Programme named as the largest programme implemented in the health sector of Turkey up to this date and one of the city hospitals called as “My Dream” by the President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Isparta City Hospital started to admit patients with the official opening ceremony held with the participation of Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım on 24 March within the scope of “Public Private Partnership (PPP)” projects to provide our country with a number of modern hospitals.

With a capacity of 755 beds, the hospital has 167 outpatient clinics, 20 operating theaters, intensive care unit with 131 beds, physiotherapy unit with 35 beds, hemodialysis unit with 26 beds, newborn intensive care unit with 35 incubators, and heliport for air ambulances to land and take off.

As AKGUN Software, we are actively involved with our digital technology in this project, which has vital importance for our country, to manage the Hospital Information Management System services of Isparta City Hospital.

Hospital management software was provided by AKGUN Group while hospital infrastructure and equipment was provided by TAV IT. With this digitization in hospitals, it will be possible to record all health information of the patient in a correct and complete manner and access this information by one click. Accordingly, while the diagnosis and treatment processes of the patients are accelerated, the life of the health personnel will be facilitated. We will serve at Isparta City Hospital with a system that makes digital hospital processes faster.

At the city hospitals using our software, a hospital model, in which information systems in a hospital operate in an integrated manner, all kinds medical devices are able to send information to the information management system via networks and sensors, and the information in this system can be accessed from the hospital or remotely by the patients and employees within the scope of their authorities and approvals.

In this hospital model, where AKGUN Information Technologies are used for the benefit of the patients and employees, first of all manual registrations procedures will be eliminated and the amount of materials used such as paper, x-ray film and the time spent by the employees for documentation will be reduced. All kinds of data and information about the patients and processes will be recorded, processed and provided for the use of the relevant person and units in an accurate and complete manner reducing the number of medical errors, and this will improve the quality of diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of the patients and all information will be uploaded to the patient registry.

Intelligent building technology will be equipped with AKGÜN digital hospital technology.

It will be a hospital system, where X-rays and reports do not change hands many times, reports are directly included in the flow through the system, and all kinds of health data and data from the laboratory and other units are circulated and stored in the system.
