We participated as sponsor of the 6th International Congress on Information Security in Health, which was held on-line on February 17-19, 2022.
The main theme of the congress was “Digital Hospitals and Digital Health Platforms” and “information technologies in health and information security practices and innovations in the world” were discussed. Many national and international institution representatives and experts attended the congress, whose mission is to interpret information technologies and information security studies in the world on the axis of health services.
At the event, AKGUN Product Manager Mr. Okan KALE made a presentation on "Digital Transformation in Health and AKGUN Artificial Intelligence Applications". In his speech, he covered the digitalization process in health, the steps of digitalization and HIMSS standards within the scope of digitalization in health. In his presentation, it was emphasized that “digitalization is absolute in the future of health systems of countries and the current system will evolve into a “patient-centered” health approach. In his speech, he also stated that “Creating a health system that learns from the collected data by using health data as strategic resources will increase efficiency and effectiveness”.
