Great Interest to AKGUN at BIHE – 2013 Health Fair

Held with the support of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ministry of Health since the day of its initiation, BIHE Fair was organized in 2013. In parallel to the 19th Azerbaijan International Health Fair, BIHE 2013 fair, “Stomatology Turkey 2013″ 8th Azerbaijan International “Dentistry” fair and” Beauty Azerbaijan 2013″ 7th Azerbaijan International “Beauty and Aesthetics medicine” fair were organized.

At BIHE fair, AKGUN stand received a great deal of attention by the participants. Azerbaijan Republic Deputy Minister of Health Elsever Ağayev, senior executives from Turkey, Commercial Counselor from the Turkish Embassy Cengiz ATIB, TUSIAB executives, hospital administrators, citizens, physicians, students and many visitors visited AKGUN stand and examined our products.

BIHE fair once again became the central event for the medicine community of the country and Caspian Region. An official opening ceremony was realized with the attendance of Azerbaijan Republic Deputy Minister of Health Elsever Ağayev, Azerbaijan Dental Association (ASA) President Rena ALiyeva, Turkish Medical Tourism Association President Emin Çakmak and Afyon Kocatepe University President Mustafa Solak, who make the fair such an important event.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the fair, Elsever Ağayev said that “provision of healthcare and medical services to our citizens is a very important issue in Azerbaijan and countless projects implemented in the country regarding these are proofs of this. In the last 6 years, more than 500 healthcare facilities and diagnostic and treatment centers were constructed in the country and were properly repaired. Without doubt “BIHE” fair is one of the most important indicators of this event. Fair participants are increasing year by year”.

Guests from Turkey emphasized that it was necessary to attach importance to collaboration between two sister countries and this kind of collaborations needed to be established in the field of medical tourism and mutual relations were required to be improved.

Our stand, which was furnished with AKGUN products, was a point of attraction at the fair, where technology and fellowship of countries was emphasized.
