Technological Infrastructure of Adana City Hospital Receiving the Best PPP (Public Private Partnership) Project Award in Europe to be Implemented by AKGÜN …

Adana City Hospital, which is the biggest program that Turkey has realized so far in the health sector and is implemented within the framework of the “Health Transformation Programme”, has a main hospital with 1300 beds, physical treatment and rehabilitation hospital with 150 beds and high-security forensic psychiatry hospital with 100 beds. Approximately 5000 staff will provide uninterrupted service to 16,000 patients per day with 57 operating rooms, 330 outpatient rooms, 180 intensive care units, and 35 newborn intensive care units.

Adana City Hospital, which started to be constructed in March 2015, started to admit patients on 18 September 2017. The hospital will provide healthcare to more than 16,000 patients a day.

AKGUN brought together all software required for the continuity of the HBYS service, which is the system that enables Adana City Hospital to be operationalized. Data center and all hardware, network and other IT infrastructure required by this software have been integrated.
